AI agents for real businesses
Agents that answer the phone, book the job and run the back office.
1BAI designs and builds AI that does real work inside your business. Take one piece, or have us build the whole system.
What we build
Pick the pieces you need
Every piece works on its own. Tap the ones that fit your business and send us the list. Start with one and add more later, or get the whole system, built to work as one.
Not sure where to start? Get the whole system and we'll sort out the order together.
Selected work
Shipped and running
Two builds, from a single operations agent to a full front desk and shop brain.
Auto repair shop
Receptionist + shop brain
An end-to-end AI receptionist and operating brain for an auto shop. It listens to calls, works out what each customer needs, and books the right service at the right time, with the shop's bays, technicians and job lengths all in the picture.

How it works
From first call to running
Tell us where the time goes
Walk us through the calls, the busywork and the handoffs that slow your team down.
We build the pieces you pick
One agent or the whole system, fitted to how your business already works.
It runs alongside your team
Your people keep the judgment calls. The agents take the repetitive work.
Tell us what eats your team's week.
We'll map where an agent fits, what it should own, and what stays with your people.
